I visited Dr. Singer a few months ago because I pulled muscles in my back lifting weights, and was very nervous that I may have slipped a disc because the pain was very severe, and would knock the wind out of me just sitting up. After about a month of dealing with this I was referred to Dr. Singer by a friend, and next thing I know just 2 days later my back pain was almost all gone, and maybe a week or less after that I was healed, and could return to my normal life. I would definitely recommend Dr. Singer to anyone who needs pain relief.

I heard about Dr. Singer from a neighbor and thought it was too good to be true. I've since learned that it's the only thing that is NOT too good to be true, it's just good and true! Dr. Singer has taken me in when I can't even move my neck because of spasms. He's always kind, warm, and the treatments are always exactly what I need.

In the past medical doctors had prescribed medications to mask the pain I was experiencing without really treating the problem whereas Dr. Singer and his staff work to correct the cause of my pain giving me true relief and restoring my body to a healthy state. His care is essential to me as an athlete, truly giving me a competitive advantage!

My first visit with Dr. Singer was last summer for shoulder pain and headaches that I'd had for years. I tried a lot of different things before but nothing really helped at all. I have two kids under the age of five and they were wearing me out! A friend told me that I should see a chiropractor and referred me to Dr. Singer at USA Health and Therapy. I'm glad that she did. He explained that my headaches were not from my sinuses like I thought but they were coming from my neck and explained how chiropractic treatment would help. The treatment was awesome! He got rid of my headaches and my shoulder pain and almost 9 months later I still feel fantastic. I can now bend down to play with my girls and my head doesn't pound. I went to see chiropractor Dr. Craig Singer for upper and lower back pains, as well as neck pains from an unfortunate car accident I was recently in. I asked around amongst my friends for a medical clinic that specialized in such pain(s) and their healing processes and thankfully they directed me to Dr. Craig Singer in Oakland Park. Craig is a phenomenal chiropractor, fantastic work! I now see him weekly and am highly satisfied with the ongoing results I'm seeing with both my back and neck! Thanks so much Dr. Singer!
